Excellent service…friendly personable staff and locally owned. serving sizes are excellent and very reasonably priced. Shaved ice is so unique as we don’t have anyone around with it and love the cups its in, to keep it from getting you sticky. very nice touch. very clean and unique decor…love the atmosphere. nice to have something here unique such as shaved ice. keep up great work guys and definitely not a place to be missed.

We stopped in after the captain of our dolphin sunset tour recommended we go. Our group had cups, cones, flurries and sundaes. The soft serve was excellent! As were the toppings. The staff were very patient with my indecisive children. Great place for a sweet treat!

Frosties has DELICIOUS ice cream! I got mine with toppings but I would have been completely content with just plain. It’s light and creamy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I LOVE going to Frosties! The staff and SO nice and the soft serve ice cream, shaved ice , and dip cones are all to die for!! The prices are so good. I was with 2 of my friends and we all got a cup of soft serve with 2 toppings each and was about $12. That is WAY better than most ice cream places on the OBX. Definitely come here if you want a sweet treat!
